3. W-2 Forms (for the previous three years, both for the student and parent(s) if applicable)
4. Records of Untaxed Income (e.g. child support received, interest income, veterans non-education benefits)
5. Current Bank Statements
6. Current Business and Investment Mortgage Information, Business and Farm Records, Stock, Bond, and Other Investment Records
