United Way of Roanoke Valley improves the lives of more than 10,000 individuals with a focus on children, youth, and families struggling to make ends meet. We solve our community's most urgent problems by finding new solutions to age-old problems.
We unite social service agencies, local businesses and municipalities to support the underserved in our region, solving problems together that no one organization could solve alone. An administrative fee will be applied to all agency designations to cover costs of fundraising, collection and distribution services provided by UWRV. All donors will receive an acknowledgement letter of their pledge or gift. UWRV does not provide goods or services as whole or partial consideration for any donation.
